Community Herbalist · Founder of Three Wishes Apothecary
Creating Balance & Vitality One Wish at a Time
Whole-Plant Medicine for Mind, Body & Spirit
I founded Three Wishes Apothecary with a singular vision: to harness the power of whole-plant medicine to improve the mind, body, and spirit while fostering harmony between people and nature.
Through ethically crafted, plant-based products, I strive to bring traditional wellness practices into the modern world, creating opportunities for healthier, more balanced living.
My Philosophy
My work as a community herbalist is guided by three principles:
- Reverence — Deep respect for the plants, the traditions, and the people who have carried this knowledge forward for generations.
- Reciprocity — Giving back to the earth and the communities that sustain us. Ethical sourcing and sustainable practices are not optional — they are foundational.
- Relationship — True wellness is built on connection. Between plants and people, between tradition and innovation, between what we take and what we return.
Background & Training
With a background rooted in holistic health and a deep respect for sustainable practices, my path to herbalism has been shaped by formal training and real-world experience.
I hold a Community Herbalist Certificate from Pacific Rim College, completed Herbal Medicine Level I at the Sacred Journey School of Herbalism, and studied Modern Herbalism & Plant-Based Medicines at Cornell University.
Before founding Three Wishes Apothecary, I spent over two decades in sales leadership and operations — including serving as Vice President of Sales at Standard Soil, PBC and nearly a decade as a Territory Sales Manager in commercial B2B distribution. That commercial foundation gives me the discipline to run a mission-driven business without losing sight of the bottom line.
Three Wishes Apothecary
